"Pablo's Catering was a joy to work with! He was extremely easy to communicate with and made sure to fit our budget and needs. Additionally, he made sure to have an option for all dietary restrictions our guests had. Our guests didn't have to lift a finger as Pablo went around and cleaned up as soon as they finished eating. As the host of the event, I Barely had time to eat, so Pablo made sure to create a care package for me to take home. If you are wondering who should cater your event, look no further!

"We had a beautiful wedding reception at the City Museum. It was a lot of fun for our guests. The space was already well decorated and was capable of blocking out the outside noise. We really appreciated having an in house caterer. It was very convenient and nice to not have to arrange outside vendors. We were impressed with the variety of offerings available and how accommodating they were - they even heated up some plates for our late arriving guests. The staff on hand was quite friendly and it was easy to find someone as needed. They were easy to coordinate with and our event ran very smoothly.

Now that the dust has settled from our national convention, I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping The Greater St. Louis Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute put together our “Mirth, Mystery, and Mayhem” party at City Museum on October 1. The evening came off with out a hitch, we had glowing comments from our guests, and the results far exceeded our expectations.
It may interest you to know that the 350 people who attended the party came from 75 of our CSI chapters across the country, representing all ten of our regions. It was a joy for us to share City Museum with them, as an example of the best St. Louis has to offer. Please convey our gratitude to Pablo, Tony, and the rest of the catering staff. The food and drink was excellent, as promised.
